You accept each request or mark it not a fit, and the accepted ones are what your campaigns are judged on. Results also counts how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name you. Karos only shows numbers it actually measured.

What it does not do yet
- No CRM connection and no lead-to-customer tracking yet. Karos counts requests and leads, not sales.
- Reddit replies, TikTok videos, newsletters and blog articles are not measured yet.
- A count of people reached is shown only where the platform gives one, which today is Instagram. Elsewhere Karos shows views.
