The Library
The research behind what we believe.
We believe that being good at your work and being able to tell the world about it are two different skills. We did not come up with that on our own. A lot of people researched it before us, and these are the ones we read. Take a book out.
Room for moreWe keep readingTell us what belongs here.
If you only read five, read the ones with the orange ribbon. The thicker the book, the more other researchers have cited it.
The argument
The problem
The best work does not always come out on top.
The one that wins is not always the best one.

The proof
When people can find the best work, the best work comes out on top.
Three studies where what changed was who could reach the business, or how well the owner could sell.

The limits
What the research does not say.
Luck still counts and ability still counts. If the work is weak, telling the story well is not going to save it. We keep these four to stay honest.

33 works. We are readers of these people. We do not work with them, none of them is affiliated with Karos, and nobody reviewed this page. The summaries are in our own words, so if there is a mistake in one, it is ours.
If you wrote one of these and you want something changed or taken down, write to [email protected].
